Our mission & vision

We don't have silos (except for our flour and sugar), but we do have strong, fast-paced connections between our various teams. With 250 employees, we're a small, close-knit team where everyone can make their mark. Besides our colleagues, we surround ourselves with strong partners to increase our impact and further professionalize our organization.

Working for a family business is unique and fosters an entrepreneurial spirit. Thanks to our flat structure and short decision-making processes, we encourage our employees to take initiative and contribute new ideas. For example, when it comes to product innovations, we try to gather ideas from different departments and involve everyone in our innovation process.
