How did you find your way to Destrooper Biscuits?
I did an internship in HR at Jules Destrooper and was then lucky enough that a vacancy within HR became available and I was given the opportunity to stay with Jules Destrooper.
What makes you most proud of your job?
The growth trajectory in our HR department, where I can throw myself into it 100% every day!
What are the 3 best things about your job and/or Destrooper Biscuits?
- A super fun team that wants to help each other across departments
- Space to try new things where you receive many opportunities and support
- A well-known brand with the tastiest cookies
How do you manage to resist the (constant) temptation of cookies?
We have a calendar on our desk where we indicate that we eat a piece of fruit every day so that we can get back to the cookies.
