What you do

• Working alongside the Key Account Manager, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly administratively. You'll be the point of contact for our key accounts and oversee all commercial agreements from start to finish.
• You actively follow up customers and ensure that promotions, seasonal products, and product sheets are processed correctly and on time.
• You assist in the preparation of customer visits and develop commercial presentations.
• You answer customer questions and provide premium customer service.
• You manage customer and product data in SAP (or another ERP system) and keep prices, conditions and specifications up-to-date.
• You manage customer portals (such as GS1) and ensure accurate technical files.
• You work in tandem with colleagues to back up each other's clients and ensure permanence.
• You actively participate in process optimizations and efficiency improvements.

Who you are

• You have some experience, ideally in an administrative or commercial support role. Experience in FMCG or retail is a strong plus.
• You are a real team player
• You work accurately, critically and customer-oriented: perfect files are the standard for you.
• You have excellent Excel skills .
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP or other ERP systems .
• You communicate fluently in Dutch , with a good knowledge of French and English .
• You like to take initiative and feel comfortable in a versatile role that also offers room for projects.
