What you do
As a QA customer service administrator, you'll be the spokesperson for our organization, both internally (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (customers, government, etc.) when it comes to managing and sharing specifications, both at the product and packaging level. You'll ensure these are always up-to-date, evolve with the rapidly changing expectations of all stakeholders, and achieve the highest level of quality and reliability.
🔹 Completing customer portals & templates
- Providing and uploading data and specifications to various (international) customer portals and templates (product & pack). This covers a wide range of data: nutritional information, sustainability, origin, food processing, etc.
- Where necessary, coordinate with internal teams (sales, quality, operations, purchasing) to provide accurate and complete information.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
🔹 Providing internal specification management
- Bringing structure to our specification library
- Define and monitor the flow to keep the specifications continuously up-to-date
- Taking a leading role in making new external or internal requirements available
🔹 Artwork validations
- You review and validate new artwork from a quality perspective: accuracy of nutritional tables and ingredient lists in various languages, claims, certificates, etc.
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Agro- and Biotechnology, or Business Management. Proven similar experience is also an advantage.
- Experience with specification management is a definite asset, although an affinity for the domain combined with a great deal of passion and drive can certainly also be the right answer.
- You are analytical, accurate and have strong communication skills.
- You can easily keep track of a multitude of information and tasks.
- You enjoy working with systems and customer portals
- You can switch easily between different teams and know how to set priorities.
- You have a good basic knowledge of product and quality requirements, and understand the importance of correct specifications
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Other languages are welcome.
