What you do

• 3 XP! People, Production & Process is what you'll get in this role.
• You critically examine processes, implement standards, and create structure. You motivate your team daily to adhere to this structure and thus deliver the highest quality.
• You analyze data in SAP and, based on this, implement efficiency improvements and optimizations within processes and working methods. You analyze problems and propose sustainable solutions. You coordinate line conversions, etc.
• You organize the daily activities very efficiently so that the production planning can be successfully carried out.
• You'll manage a team of around 20 bakers, production workers, and line managers. As a coaching staff, you'll provide guidance, training, and motivation to your team.
• You organize performance reviews based on the competency matrix and follow up on the resulting agreements. You also provide guidance and training for new and temporary employees.

Who you are

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in a similar role; a bachelor's degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You're willing to work a two-shift system (late shift on Fridays until 8:15 PM!). What does that entail? Week after week: from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM (early shifts) and from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM (late shifts).
• Your drive and enthusiasm create a positive drive and dynamism in your team; motivating people is your passion!
• You are described as a strong and nuanced communicator, structured but flexible, an entrepreneur with focus and passion!
• Making decisions doesn't scare you, setting priorities and escalating at the right time is easy for you to assess.
• You are someone who doesn't mind pushing yourself, you are hands-on and always think in terms of solutions.
• Vous parlez bien Francais!
